- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The program established to provide stretches and exercises to help strengthen my back was well thought out. It progressed me through slowly and allowed me to gradually increase in strength. I was impressed by the staff which monitors you as you work through the program and helps you perform everything in the proper way to obtain maximum benefit. The adjustments by Dr. Jeff were great. The pain in my back has gone from barely able to turn my upper body to now having complete freedom of motion.
